If you would like to file a freight claim, please read the below prior to filing a claim.
Please report damages immediately to N Time Delivery. Claims must be made within 24 hours of customer receiving the order. We will send you a claim form which must be filled out completely and submitted to N Time Delivery within 3 business days with all required documents listed on the claim form. If the above criteria are not adhered to, this will result in a denial of any claim.
For Daytime deliveries, we encourage customers to inspect all freight before signing the manifest or invoice. If a customer signs for an order, we assume they accepted the freight in good condition.
Due to the fragile nature of glass, N Time Delivery will not be responsible for glass, including but not limited to windshields, back glass, window glass, quarter glass or tailgate glass. We will gladly ship and deliver glass; however, N Time Delivery will not accept any claims for glass.
N Time Delivery will not be responsible for bumper covers shipped loose or in plastic bags. Plastic bags do not provide enough protection to prevent scuffs, cuts, and bends. We suggest that bumper covers are shipped in boxes, if shipped in plastic bags, they need bubble wrap or some sort of additional padding.
N Time Delivery will not accept claims for roof panels shipped loose or in cardboard boxes. Roof panels are flimsy and can easily bend or dent when shipped in a cardboard box with nothing to protect it. We recommended that roof panels are shipped in a wooden crate or with extra bubble wrap to prevent dents, bends and movement within the box.
N Time Delivery with not accept claims for headlights or taillights with broken mounting tabs, ears, plastic pins, etc. The small thin protruded pieces of plastic can easily crack or break inside the box if the lamp has the slightest amount of room to move within the box. The lamps often have concealed damage that is often unknown prior to us receiving them. We recommended that additional protection and packaging be added to protect these delicate items and thin pieces of plastic. We will always review these items to see if they were packed well before making a final determination.
